THE ROAD TO THE GARDEN: PART I 🌿 I’ve spent the last six months locked in a basement studio in South London, trying to figure out what this next chapter actually sounds like. For a long time, it felt like I was just chasing ghosts—loops that didn't go anywhere, lyrics that felt like I was lying to myself. But last Tuesday at 3:00 AM, something finally clicked. THE BREAKTHROUGH We were working on a track called "Glass Canopy." It started as a simple acoustic demo, but we decided to run the entire master through a broken tape machine we found at a flea market in Berlin. The result? Pure, distorted magic. It sounds like a memory you can't quite hold onto. WHAT’S COMING NEXT I’m not just dropping a single. I’m dropping a world. Over the next few weeks, I’ll be using this Direct Line to show you the "messy middle"—the voice memos, the failed takes, and the visual mood boards that led us here.
